What I learned at Spirit of Hope is how to groom a horse and how to ride a horse. I also learned to persevere. Because even if your foot accidentally gets stepped on – you have to keep on going. After my foot got stepped on by Bama, I felt like giving up on horses, but I kept on going. I hope I can teach others how to work with horses. I hope I can be as good as Mrs. Missy. She is the best teacher I could have asked for. I had so much fun getting to know the people and the horses and even the cats.
