Spirit of Hope Youth Ranch

Shadow is tagged ‘Big Man’ on campus because he rules the scene, at least that is what he likes to imagine. He is a dashing, black Tennessee walking horse with white socks and a beautiful white blaze. While Shadow may act tough, the best way to describe him is “needy.” He needs attention, love, and treats! After surviving years of neglect and famine by his previous owner, Shadow has put all that behind him and he now enjoys life at the ranch along with all the special friends that visit.

In this photo Shadow has just finished performing in our first ever Drill Team exhibition. His rider thought Shadow deserved a big hug!
